Will my teeth be more fragile after endodontic treatment?

Once the treatment is complete, the tooth is covered with a temporary filling, which will be replaced with a permanent filling or crown depending on the level of destruction. This stage is as important as the endodontic treatment itself, as a treated tooth that has not been reconstructed may break. On rare occasions a correctly restored tooth may crack due to breakage, caries or other factors such as bruxims (clenching or grinding your teeth).
