At the beginning of March, Dr. Simón Pardiñas López attended as speaker to the annual meeting of the prestigious Academy of Osseointegration (AO), where he also joined the Young Clinicians Committee.
In its 33rd edition, this important meeting of the AO was taken for the first time to the city of Los Angeles. There Dr. Pardiñas participated as a speaker in the session of clinical innovations, sharing the stage with renowned international doctors. He also had the opportunity to meet with old friends and colleagues.
With more than 6,000 members in 70 countries around the world, the Academy of Osseointegration is recognized as the leading international association for implant dentistry professionals. Moreover, the Young Clinicias Committe (YCC) is a committee formed by 15 young doctors from around the world involved in both clinical and academic research, in a wide variety of specialties such as oral surgery, prosthodontics, periodontics and dental aesthetics. This is a great professional recognition for Dr. Simón Pardiñas and an advance in his research career in Galicia.
