Dr. Pardiñas, new president of the Young Clinicians Committee of the Academy of Osseointegration

It's official: Dr. Simón Pardiñas is the new president of the Young Clinicians Committee (YCC) of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). The Galician dentist agreed to this position last July and he will be in charge of the YCC until 2025.

AO: one of the most prestigious dental associations in the USA

The Academy of Osseointegration (AO) is a North American organization dedicated to the training of professionals in implantology and oral surgery, always maintaining the highest quality standards. It also carries out research work on topics related to this matter. For more than 35 years, the AO has organized annual meetings and study groups where students and clinicians attend conferences given by the most relevant international professionals in their fields. More than 4,000 people from 70 different countries are currently members of this association, one of the most prestigious in the US.

YCC: preparing the professionals of tomorrow

For its part, the Young Clinicians Committee (YCC) is the department responsible for developing programs, services and resources that add value to the youngest members of the AO. In addition, it is a forum in which regular online sessions are held that allow networking with prestigious dentists and mentoring new professionals. On the other hand, it is also in charge of carrying out the tasks of the Academy of Osseointegration through digital media.
