A wide range of symptoms may appear, depending on how severely affected the nerve is. Generally, the teeth become sensitive to cold, then heat, when chewing. In certain occasions, mainly due to trauma, the tooth can change colour, and we can also find abscesses and fistulas (small spots on the gum through which the pus is eliminated).
